Main purpose
As a phosphating promoter in the coating industry, it stabilizes the phosphating solution, refines the phosphating process, and improves the performance of the phosphating film. Sealing Al3+, which has a very harmful negative catalytic effect, in the phosphating of aluminum and its alloys, enables the phosphating to proceed smoothly in wood preservatives, agricultural pesticides, brewing fungicides, pharmaceutical preservatives, welding flux, alkaline zincate zinc plating additives, enamel, paper making, etc.

Emergency response methods
1、 Leakage emergency response
Isolate the leakage contaminated area, set up warning signs around it, and suggest emergency treatment personnel to wear gas mask and corresponding work clothes. Do not come into direct contact with leaks. Avoid dust and collect with a clean shovel in a dry, clean, and covered container. If a large amount of leakage is collected and recycled or transported to a waste treatment site for disposal.
2、 Protective measures
Respiratory protection: When the concentration in the air exceeds the standard, a gas mask should be worn. When rescuing or escaping in an emergency, it is recommended to wear a self-contained breathing apparatus.
Eye protection: Wear chemical safety goggles.
Protective clothing: Wear corresponding protective clothing.
Hand protection: Wear chemical resistant gloves.
Other: Smoking, eating, and drinking are prohibited at the workplace. After work, take a shower and change clothes. Do not bring work clothes to non workplaces. Store clothes contaminated with toxins separately and use them for backup after washing. Maintain good hygiene habits.
3、 First aid measures
Skin contact: Remove contaminated clothing and immediately rinse thoroughly with flowing water.
Eye contact: Immediately lift the eyelids and rinse with flowing water for 10 minutes or with 2% sodium bicarbonate solution.
Inhalation: Remove from the site to a place with fresh air. Perform artificial respiration if necessary. Seek medical attention.
Ingestion: When the patient is awake, drink a large amount of warm water to induce vomiting and wash their stomach as soon as possible. Seek medical attention.
Fire extinguishing method: non combustible. Extinguishing media available around the fire site. Use a large amount of water to extinguish the fire. Disperse smoke and irritating gases with misty water.
Packaging and storage and transportation
Packaging method: plastic bags or two-layer kraft paper bags with fiberboard barrels, plywood barrels, or cardboard barrels; Plastic bucket (solid) outside the plastic bag; Plastic bucket (liquid); Two layers of plastic bags or one layer of plastic bags with outer gunny bags, plastic woven bags, and latex cloth bags; Composite plastic woven bags (polypropylene three in one bag, polyethylene three in one bag, polypropylene two in one bag, polyethylene two in one bag); Ordinary wooden boxes with plastic bags or two-layer kraft paper bags; Thread mouth glass bottles, iron cap pressure mouth glass bottles, plastic bottles or ordinary wooden boxes outside metal barrels (cans); Thread mouth glass bottles, plastic bottles, or tin plated thin steel drums (cans) are filled with bottom plate lattice boxes, fiberboard boxes, or plywood boxes.
Precautions for storage and transportation: During railway transportation, the dangerous goods loading table in the "Dangerous Goods Transport Rules" of the Ministry of Railways should be strictly followed for loading. Before transportation, the packaging container should be checked for completeness and sealing. During transportation, it should be ensured that the container does not leak, collapse, fall, or be damaged. It is strictly prohibited to mix with acids, oxidants, food and food additives for transportation. Transport vehicles should be equipped with leakage emergency response equipment during transportation. During transportation, it is necessary to prevent exposure to sunlight, rain, and high temperatures. Store in a cool, dry, and well ventilated warehouse. The temperature of the warehouse shall not exceed 30 ℃, and the relative humidity shall not exceed 80%. Packaging sealing. It should be stored separately from acids and edible chemicals, and mixed storage should be avoided. The storage area should be equipped with suitable materials to contain leaks. The "Five Double" management system for extremely toxic substances should be strictly implemented.
